Terms & Agreement
Welcome to use the AshRust for virtual services to support content. All payments are considered user-initiated orders for virtual items and will be used for server maintenance, content development, plugin updates and player experience optimization. We will provide appropriate in-game service features, including permissions, perks, gift packs, etc. These features are issued automatically by the system as a rebate for your support of the server and are irrevocable, non-transferable and non-refundable once they arrive.
Please be sure to check that your Steam ID or game nickname is filled out correctly before checking out. The store is not responsible for any service failure or issuance failure due to incorrect information. All virtual features are only available for the duration of the server's normal operation, such as the “Lifetime” service, which is only accessible for the duration of the AshRust program. If the server is shut down, suspended or the program is terminated, access will be terminated. Perk contents may be adjusted due to server operation arrangement or balance optimisation, please understand. By using this platform, the user understands and accepts that any banning due to violation of server rules (e.g., cheating, abusing, scripting, e tc.) will result in the immediate expiration of the virtual service, and that no refunds, extensions, or transfers of eligibility will be allowed. The banned user is still responsible for his/her behavior and does not enjoy exceptional immunity even if he/she pays for the service. By making a payment, you accept that the service is a one-time virtual delivery and no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for reasons such as misuse, account problems, bans, or “unused services”. The server team reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice, including the service description, feature changes, permission mechanism or refund policy. The latest terms and conditions shall be deemed effective upon posting and shall apply to all subsequent orders. The final decision rests with the AshRust team.
